Our hay tarps can be used as a horse hay tarp or just as regular heavy-duty hay tarps. Each hay tarp is reinforced with 100% waterproof poly fabric that has a very strong tensile strength. 1/4" the rope is encased in the hem, and a spur eyelet is set into a multi-layer fold.
