We ship via FedEx therefore, we are unable to ship packages to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when inputting your shipping address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The mission of Abadak™ is to satisfy every customer. All shipments must be inspected by the customer within 30 days of the order date to ensure satisfaction. Any new/unopened product may be returned within 30 days from the order date.

All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom, discount, and closeout products are non-returnable. All sales are final.
Unused products are covered for 30 days from the order date for manufacturer defects. For assistance with a replacement, the following information must be emailed to customerservice@tarpsplus.com

Grateful that the color we choose matched what we had! Seems pretty study and love the extra "flap" on the sides! Will definitely use the company again!

Really nice Tarp
We installed the tarp today, the fit was near perfect to our existing frame, not TarpsPlus issues, just an older slightly unsquare frame.
Really nice heavy tarp, plenty of attachment holes for securing to frame.
Indicated that it's UV resistant, with secure seams.
Now is the test to see if it will stand up to southern California heat, sun, and wind. (last tarp from some other company lasted 2 years)
We're hoping for better results.
Quick delivery and good Construction but a little tight for my high peak 10x20. Needs at least 9 in Long bunsies. Also doesn't let as much light through as my previous White tarp so if that additional light is important the silver may not work for you. It's a very dark silver gray.

The tarp arrived quickly, and it appears to be of good quality. The 12x20 mfits the Frame well though like most of these it is short the long way. A couple extra inches in length would be very helpful so as to not have to improvise. I live in an area of snow wind and summer sun so we shall see how long it holds up. This is a new company for me as the last few I bought were junk that came apart in a matter of months.
We've gotten this same tarp before and replace it when it wears out. One of the gromets was bent/smashed but usable. Our only issue is that the bungee cords are too short in some places, (especially for attaching the sides), and using 2 together means we ran out. Fortunately we had some left over from a previous purchase and they were actually longer and worked better. Suggestion: Include 2 sizes of bungee cords, and make sure there are enough. Thank you.
