Tarps Plus™ strives to ship all orders within 2 business days, excluding vinyl tarps and custom tarp orders.
The mission of Tarps Plus™ is to satisfy every customer. All shipments must be inspected by the customer within 30 days of the order date to ensure satisfaction. Any new/unopened product may be returned within 30 days from the order date. We do not provide return labels. Returns are shipped back at the customer's expense.
Returns must meet the following requirements:
- Within 30 days from order date
- New/unopened condition
- Include all original product packaging, documents, inserts, and parts
All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returned items that shipped at no cost with free shipping promotions will have outbound shipping cost deducted from the refunded amount. Ask your customer service rep what your eligible refund amount would be when initiating a return. Custom, discount, and closeout products are non-returnable. All sales are final.
To initiate a return, the following information must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the unopened product
Unused products are covered for 30 days from the order date for manufacturer defects. For assistance with a replacement, the following information must be emailed to email@example.com:
- Order number
- Description of defect
- Photos showing area of concern
All return and replacement requests are subject to a review and approval process. Once you have submitted the required information, a representative will contact you within 2 business days. Credit will not be issued for any unapproved returns.
Tarps Plus does not sell our customer details to other companies. We do not send out spam emails or junk mail to our buyers.
Tarps Plus™ strives to ship all orders within 2 business days, excluding custom and vinyl orders. Custom tarps and vinyl tarp orders usually ship within 15-20 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. Typical transit times for ground shipments are listed below:
West Coast = approx. 3 - 4 business days
Mid West = approx. 1 - 2 business days
East Coast = approx. 3 - 4 business days
All Freight (LTL) Deliveries = approx. 5 - 7 business days
We ship via FedEx therefore, we are unable to ship packages to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when inputting your shipping address.
If the shipping address on your order needs to be changed for any reason prior to delivery, there is a $17.00 address correction fee applied. This mandatory fee is charged to the card associated with your order. An address change can delay delivery by 1-2 business days.
An order that has not been shipped can be cancelled at no additional charge. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return. (See Return Policy)
