Excellent Tarp
I put this tarp up with hooks and a rope running through one side of the tarp. The hooks on the back of our house I hook the rope over to give even pulling and not so much wear on one or two grommets in areas. The tarp stretches 10' over our deck to a PVC frame that is hinged on the outside edge of the deck. The tarp is tied at every grommet to the PVC going the length of the deck, about 20'. I then pull the top of the PVC frame out with ratchet straps attached to ground anchors about 10' out. This gives us a nice snug awning that covers our entire deck for shade. The extra 4' length of tarp I let hang on the south end of the deck, to help shade from that end. This is a very nice tarp. All the grommets are secure and the double stitching on the edges is great. The fabric thicknes is good. I expect this will last us the rest of this summer, and 1-2 more summmers. We bring it down in the fall, and put it up in late spring.
