RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The mission of Abadak™ is to satisfy every customer. All shipments must be inspected by the customer within 30 days of the order date to ensure satisfaction. Any new/unopened product may be returned within 30 days from the order date.

All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom, discount, and closeout products are non-returnable. All sales are final.
Unused products are covered for 30 days from the order date for manufacturer defects. For assistance with a replacement, the following information must be emailed to customerservice@tarpsplus.com

The price of the tarp and quick shipment was great, but the weight of the tarp fabric was much lighter than what I expected given the description on the website. I am not sure it will hold up over the course of the winter. I would like an option for a heavier weight tarp next time.
