Our Shipping Policy: Being a leader in rapid response for tarps is our main goal. Items that are in stock usually ship in 24 hours or less from the time of purchase. Conventionally orders ship out within 1-2 business days. In some rare cases tarp order may take up to 10 business working days depending the season but this is highly unlikely. Tarps Plus takes every effort to get your order out as fast as possible. We want you to get tarps direct to your door faster than your expectation. Tarps Plus will work with you to make sure that your order is expedited with express delivery.Our standard shipping mode is FedEx Ground-Commercial. We also have UPS Ground -Commercial. We can ship out FedEx, UPS, USPS, Trucking Freight and air shipments.Our shipments are shipped from our main hub in California. Only California residents pay 9.75% sales tax. There is no sales tax on any orders outside of California.

How long will it take to get my shipment?
Our core value is make friendships for life and bring happiness. That starts with fast shipping. We set out everyday to get our in stock orders out within the actual hour it come in. Orders outside of our main terminal may take up to 24 hours to be sent out. Custom tarp orders may vary.
How do I know I am getting the best possible deal on shipping?
Tarps Plus have been selling tarps to the trucking industry since the 1950s. We also have a very large volume of orders going out everyday... What does all this mean? Better rates in shipping for your tarp order! We have established major discounts for our customers due to this fact. The Tarps Plus lowest price guarantee includes shipping. Meaning, if another company states that they have free shipping, they are adding it on to the price of the tarp. We will always compare the price of the tarp and the shipping cost to make sure your order is still below any of our competitors cost.

Address correction change fees:
In the event of incorrect shipping addresses (wrong home #, wrong zip code, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages if correction is made after package has shipped. An incorrect address may also result in a delayed delivery. Always double check to make sure your address is correct.FedEx charges for incorrect addresses, which makes this a standard charge in the event of the address change. The charge will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with FedEx or UPS. We will always make sure that your resolve is the paramount.
When your order is completed, an email confirmation will be sent from us with the details of your order. A second email will be sent within one to two days after that, confirming that your order is in transit. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can be updated with your shipping status.
