Return Policy

The mission of Abadakâ„¢ is to satisfy every customer. All shipments must be inspected by the customer within 30 days of the order date to ensure satisfaction. Any new/unopened product may be returned within 30 days from the order date.

Returns must meet the following requirements:

  • - Within 30 days from order date
  • - New/unopened condition
  • - Include all original product packaging, documents, tarp inserts, and partsReturns must meet the following requirements:

All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom, discount, and closeout products are non-returnable. All sales are final. 

To initiate a return, the following information must be emailed to customerservice@abadak.com

  • - Order number
  • - Reason for return
  • - Photos of the unopened product

Unused products are covered for 30 days from the order date for manufacturer defects. For assistance with a replacement, the following information must be emailed to customerservice@abadak.com

  • - Order number
  • - Description of defect
  • - Photos showing area of concern

All return and replacement requests are subject to a review and approval process. Once you have submitted the required information, a representative will contact you within 1-2 business days. Credit will not be issued for any unapproved returns.

Due to increasing demand for Hurricane Relief Tarps. All bulk orders will be an ALL SALES FINAL with a no return policy. We appreciate your understanding.
