Return Policy

The mission of Tarps Plus is to satisfy every customer. All shipments must be inspected by the customer within 30 days of the order date to ensure satisfaction. Any new/unopened product may be returned within 30 days from the order date. 

 

Returns must meet the following requirements:

- Within 30 days from order date

- New/unopened condition

- Include all original product packaging, documents, inserts, and parts

 

All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom, discount, and closeout products are non-returnable. All sales are final. 

 

To initiate a return, the following information must be emailed to [email protected]:

- Order number

- Reason for return

- Photos of the unopened product

 

Unused products are covered for 30 days from the order date for manufacturer defects. For assistance with a replacement, the following information must be emailed to [email protected]:

- Order number

- Description of defect

- Photos showing area of concern

 

All return and replacement requests are subject to a review and approval process. Once you have submitted the required information, a representative will contact you within 1-2 business days. Credit will not be issued for any unapproved returns.
