As the 2013 hurricane season reaches its middle. This season has proven to be a light one. Nonetheless, tarps plus is still stockpiling more tarps in Texas in the event of a hurricane hitting the Gulf or the East Coast of Florida. The Texas warehouse will not be completed and it's a buildout until the end of 2013.
