The good news is, our clear tarps are the thickest on the market. These poly clear plastic tarps are 100% waterproof and are meant to last through all the seasons. A Look At Clear Tarps

Clear tarps have a number of uses, but are often used for enclosures in porches and patios, green rooms, construction sites, and a number of other buildings. The fact that they are clear make them the perfect solution for a number of solutions where other varieties would not be ideal. These are 100% waterproof and acid and mildew resistant. Our clear tarps are created to be extremely durable and tear proof, and can withstand extreme cold temperatures down to an astounding forty below zero. Thy are laminated on both sides to make it highly durable and flexible while withstanding extreme temperatures. The edges of these semi transparent tarps are usually seamed and heated until they are well sealed to prevent tearing or ripping. The clear tarps also have grommets implemented around the edges approximately every two feet. The grommets should be of a high quality metal so that they will be rust resistant. The grommets are designed to help aid the user in tying the tarp down so that it will stay in place for long periods of time. Some also feature grommets on each corner. Most come in specific sizes, but the clear tarp is basically available in any size you may desire, although the most common size is eight feet by ten feet. They usually weigh between six and eight ounces per square yard. Usually a six by ten foot is the smaller variety, with the larger ones being forty by sixty feet.

These are very affordable solutions to a number of needs and are particularly useful for areas where you need a lot of light. They are often used for the greenhouse, where plants are grown in a covered shelter, yet they still need light. The clear tarp lets the sun light in so that the plants can still grow in a controlled environment.
