of its purchase. This is a limited warranty. It does not cover damage due to
neglect, snow, hurricane, earthquake, fire or any other act of nature. This
limited warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or improper
installation for any item purchased on our website. Tarps Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental or
consequential damages in connection with the use of the tarp, including any
cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods
of non-use. Any inoperative or flawed tarp must be sent, shipping pre-paid,
to Tarps Plus, attention "Returns", 38940 Trade Center Dr. Palmdale, CA. 93551.
tarpsplus.com does not guarantee any other warranty other than the
aforementioned warranty.
Shipping Policies:
We strive to get your item out as soon as possible. In stock items
ship within 48 hours of purchase. Most items ship at least within 1-2
business days. Some items may take up to 15 business days depending the
season. We make every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Business days are Monday through Friday. If you need an item by a certain
date, please ask. We will be more than happy to try to get it to you by that
date. This includes North America, Canada and Mexico.
We ship by FedEx Ground-Commercial.
California residents pay 8.25% sales tax. All orders shipped
to addresses outside California are exempt from sales tax.
Address correction charges: Incorrect
shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will
incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages
if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may
also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address
for accuracy.
This fee is charged to us by FedEx for incorrect addresses
and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you
feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may
dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your
understanding.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email
confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Within 1-2 business
days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has
shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that

How to cancel an order: Due to our large volume of orders it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $10 charges for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately. Orders will be cancelled if items have not been shipped. If items have been shipped, you must follow our standard return procedures.
